More options to replace traditional Fluorescent tubes with LED

Aurora, Ohio, May 19, 2016 – Technical Consumer Products, Inc. (TCP) gains Design Light Consortium (DLC) for additional models of its DirecT8 LED Tubes. DirecT8 Tubes are used with an instant start ballast and newly qualified four foot products are available in 3,500 Kelvin, 4,100 Kelvin and 5,000 Kelvin color temperatures. DirecT8 LED lamps provide up to 40 percent energy savings over existing fluorescent lamps, have a 50,000 hour rated life and select models are Design Lights Consortium (DLC) qualified product, which allows commercial applications to immediately take advantage of energy and maintenance savings while maximizing utility rebates.
