(hereinafter referred to as either “TCP”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of every individual who visits this website (the “Site”) and is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. Therefore, this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines the information that we may collect from you and how we may use that information. The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any PII from children under thirteen years of age unless the collection complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). We encourage parents to instruct their children to use their personal data in a safe and responsible manner while using the Internet. If we discover that a child under the age of thirteen (13) years has provided us with PII, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that child’s PII from our systems.

While we try to link only to sites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, except to the extent that such linked third party sites represent an affiliate and/or agent of ours and are using information provided by us solely to perform their duties and functions for us, we are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of other sites. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by this Site. Due to the nature of the internet, while we have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures as required by law and as we deem reasonable to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect online, TCP cannot guarantee the security of any information on or transmitted over the internet. TCP reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time. In the event that we make a material change to our policy we may post a notice of the change on the Site. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and any translated version of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise provided by law, the English version shall prevail and govern.
