    TCP’s “Holiday Cash” rebate program is subject to prior distributorship approval. All participating distributors must be aware that this is a rebate program that is allowing the money to go directly back to the sales person in the form of a check.

    All claim processing will be done at the following web address:
    tcpi.com/incentives. This will serve as the main line of communication between the person submitting the claim and TCP. This program will be active from November 1, 2018 until December 31, 2018. All sales made to the end user before November 1, 2018 and/or after December 31, 2018 will not be eligible for rebate. All claims and supporting documentation must be submitted to TCP’S web address by January 15, 2019. After January 15, 2019, any claims submitted will not be processed for payment.

    All TCP products qualify for the 2% rebate. The program’s minimum claim amount is $10,000 in sales. There is no maximum claim amount. Any amount of invoices can be combined to reach the claim sales goal of $10,000.

    All program participants must provide all necessary information to process the rebate claim.
    Required information includes:
    • Completed W-9 for each sales participant (U.S. only)
    • Proof of purchase (purchase order number). All purchase orders must
    be dated between November 1 and December 31, 2018 and be
    available for immediate shipment.
    • Proof of sale to end user—submission of a valid sales receipt and/or invoice. The date of sale may not be before November 1, 2018.

    Participants, providing all necessary end user sales receipts with TCP products highlighted, as well as all mailing information. If TCP does not receive the required supporting documentation by January 15, 2019, the Individual submitting the claim forfeits their claim for payment.
    All valid claims will be processed by February 1, 2019 upon validation all supporting documentation received. Any claim that is submitted without proper documentation is considered invalid and will not be processed. TCP reserves the right to limit the quantities and number of claims submitted by an individual and reserves the right to question claims at any point in the validation process. Payouts are subject to any applicable taxes and the responsibility of the recipient.

    All questions concerning the terms and conditions of this program, their construction, and the rights and liabilities of the parties hereto shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely within this state.

    TCP reserves the right to change, modify or cancel this program at anytime with or without notice.
