Valarie Campbell, CFO
Mrs. Valarie Campbell first joined TCP in 2002 as a Controller, where she managed all general accounting areas of the Company. She became Chief Financial Officer in 2004, and in this capacity oversees all corporate finance, human resource and administration functions of the Company. She also serves as a member of the executive management team, which directs the strategic initiatives of TCP.
Prior to working at TCP, Mrs. Campbell served as Corporate Controller of Complient Corp., a company focused on the management of business compliance issues, including health and safety issues and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. As Corporate Controller, she managed corporate finances, assisted with capital funding rounds and established internal controls to improve financial and operational reporting.
Mrs. Campbell is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. She is also an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University with a B.S., majoring in Accounting. She is currently a member of the American Heart Association Corporate Leadership Team.
