Mike Masino, Senior Vice President of Sales-C&I Division
Mike Masino joined TCP in December 2009 as Senior Vice President of Sales - C&I division. Mike comes to TCP with over 19 years of experience in the electrical industry in various levels of sales and sales leadership. Most recently he was the Vice President of Sales for Gardner Bender, a supplier of electrician's tools and supplies, responsible for the professional distribution and retail channels.
While at Gardner Bender, Mike was instrumental in establishing a customer-focused sales organization, that among other things, substantially grew its Catalog and STAFDA (Specialty Tool and Fastener Distributor Association) sales channels. Mike also lead successful sales initiatives that earned substantial industry acclaim including the Evergreen Marketing Group's "Supplier Of The Year" award in 2008.
Mike began his career as a sales representative with WESCO in Chicago, IL. He moved to Crescent Electric Supply and then to MOLEX, handling several sales and management positions within these organizations. Mike holds a BA in Communications from Elmhurst College
