Benefits Summary
Medical
Medical benefits are available on the first day of the next month after your hire date. The PPO plan allows the use of a Preferred Provider physician or facility.
Dental
Dental benefits are available on the first day of the next month after your hire date.
Vision
Vision benefits are available for you and your covered family members on the first day of the next month after your hire date. Members can visit a provider from an extensive network which includes licensed opticians and optometrists.
Life Insurance
Available 30 days after hire.
- Coverage paid for by TCP equivalent to 100% of your annual salary to a maximum of $300,000, with a minimum of $10,000 if you meet eligibility requirements.
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance equal to the employee’s life benefits.
401(k) Retirement Savings Account
You may defer a percentage of your salary to your 401(k) account and choose from different investment options intended for low, moderate, or high risk. You can access your account anytime, online or by phone. TCP’s annual match is 50% up to 6% of your salary. Matching money is 100% vested after 5 years. Enrollment is quarterly after 90 days of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
TCP offers two flexible savings account programs that allow you to use tax free money to pay for medical, dental & vision expenses for you and your family, and for child care (or adult care) expenses.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
TCP pays the full cost for this program, which includes confidential services for employees and their dependents. This EAP service provides assistance in areas of counseling, parenting, care giving, college, and relocation.
Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays
Each year, full-time employees receive a generous time-off program that includes 9 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, and 15 PTO (paid time off) days. After the fifth year of employment, an additional week of PTO is added.
